The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) is an official council within the American Federation of Government Employees.  Local 1613 is one of many Local chapters of the NBPC.  The NBPC is the exclusive representative for all non-supervisory Border Patrol Agents and support personnel assigned to the U.S. Border Patrol.  Membership with the NBPC is voluntary.  In accordance with the applicable regulations, none of the dues money is used to support political campaigns.
