National Border Patrol Council - Local 1613 created the Office of Fair Practices to assist Border Patrol Agents.  Under the direction of Director Terence Shigg, the Office of Fair Practices shall provide assistance and guidance with all matters related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).  Additional subjects may be added in the near future as designated by the Local 1613 Executive Board.
