National Border Patrol Council - Local 1613 has created a new Office of Fair Practices to assist Border Patrol Agents.  Under the direction of Director Terence Shigg, the Office of Fair Practices will provide assistance and guidance with all matters related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and in conjunction with the Office of Health Services, monitoring Peer Support and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Additional subjects may be added in the near future as designated by the Local 1613 Executive Board.
